“I went to BAC Winchester with a problem on my Landrover. The gent quickly diagnosed 2 potential problems, one more expensive than the other and said he would have it checked that afternoon. And this despite the 2 week usual booking wait. 2 hours later he called me and told me the problem was the less costly one of the 2 and we agreed a price. He then informed me that that was a relief as the work had already been done! Much appreciated as my car would have been off the road until fixed.”

“I am an awkward customer as I have mental health problems, the staff were very understanding and friendly! the work carried out was above and beyond, im not the easiest to understand I got ill whilste I was being served, staff remained profetional, I went home they called me to make sure I was ok and they brought my car home for me with all work carried out to perfection! very polite staff thank you for a great service =-)”
